Hello Runners,

For tomorrow, let's meet at *6:30a* at the Foothills Trailhead to run the 
Eagle/Sage/Cobalt Loop, and we may also explore the new Shale Trail. The 
run will be 6 or 7 miles, depending on the route. This run is dog friendly
