Hi Everyone,


For Thursday's Happy Hour Run we will meet at the Centennial Trailhead 
parking area  ( https://goo.gl/maps/Tk6pHEEMpByQxBSk8 ) where we will run 
Lions Lair up Sanitas and down the ridge.   We will run at a casual pace 
for 75-90 minutes and nobody will be left behind.  


Afterwards we will gather at Sherpas for cheap beer and yummy food.
