Hello BTR,

For tomorrow's run, let's meet at the Cragmoor Trailhead and we'll head up
the social trails to North Shanny and then loop around the Shanny trails.
Plan for around 5 miles and about 70-80 minutes.

It's a little dark and cooler in the morning before we hit the time change,
and I know I've been going through a pot of coffee a day now...there's
nothing better than meeting the BTR gang to get you up and going :) And
knowing everyone else feels your pain =F0=9F=98=82
