Hello Runners,

For tomorrow, let's meet at *6:30a* at Heil Ranch *(upper lot)*. Depending 
on runner preference/time available, we can either run the upper lollipop 
(~7.6 miles and ~90mins) or we can run the lower loop ( ~5.1 miles and ~60 
mins). The trailhead is 1.3 miles up Geer Canyon Drive after the turnoff 
from Lefthand Canyon.
