For Friday, let's meet at the Wonderland Lake Trailhead at 6:30a to run 
Wonderland Lake/Goat Trail/Sanitas Valley/Dakota Ridge. The run is ~6 miles 
and should take around an hour and 20 mins to complete. This is a no-drop
